The service

link.piyanos.com is a free link-in-bio service operated by Piyanos Technology. By using it you accept these terms. The service is free; there is no paid plan and no feature is locked behind payment.

Your account

You need to provide a valid email address to register. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out through your account. If you notice unauthorised use, change your password and tell us.

Some usernames are reserved by the system and cannot be chosen. You may change your username later; the old address is then released and can be claimed by someone else.

Your content is yours — and your responsibility

You alone are responsible for the title, bio, images and links you put on your profile. You keep all rights in that content; you grant us only the permission needed to publish your page.

We do not control and are not responsible for the content of the sites you link to.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to:

• Publish content that breaks applicable law.
• Run phishing or fraud, distribute malware, or set up links intended to mislead people.
• Impersonate someone, infringe a trademark or copyright, or open an account in another person's name.
• Publish hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, or illegal sexual content.
• Send spam, load the service automatically, or attempt to disrupt the infrastructure.

How the service is provided

The service is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change its features or addresses, or discontinue it; if we shut it down entirely we will try to give reasonable notice.

As this is a free service, and to the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and may do so without prior notice where there is a clear breach of law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
